Diane Miller, President & CEO, Wilcox Miller & Nelson

Ms. Miller is a certified public company director through the Director Certification Program at UCLA's Anderson School of Business. She holds a current Certificate of Director Education from NACD and has completed their Master Class for Directors. She has expertise in compensation, audit, nominating and governance.

Ms. Miller is President and CEO of Wilcox Miller & Nelson, and specializes in executive and board searches. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller served as Vice President of Portfolio Management for a San Francisco real estate company with a $1B nationwide portfolio.

Ms. Miller serves on the board of Umpqua Holdings (an $11B NASDAQ-traded financial services company in California, Oregon and Washington), where she serves on the Audit and Compliance Committee, and is Vice Chair of the Compensation Committee. She is a board member of the California Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Chair of their Labor and Employment Committee and as Vice Chair of their PAC. She is the Board Chair of the Northern California Chapter Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and is a Regent at the University of the Pacific. At the University, she serves on the Audit Committee.

A frequent guest speaker, Ms. Miller has been a presenter for such organizations as, the Western Independent Bankers Directors Conference, NACD's Annual Governance Conference and PBS's NewsHour.. She is a current member of the national faculty for NACD.

Ms. Miller holds an M.B.A. with an emphasis in marketing from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific.
