Dean Yoost - Managing Partner (Retired), PWC

Dean Yoost is a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company, Emulex Corporation and Union Bank. He was a full-time Senior Advisor to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tokyo from early 2006 to June 2007, assuming an executive role in the major restructuring of the firm's Japanese operations. Mr. Yoost retired as a Partner in 2005, after thirty-two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, wherein he held numerous leadership positions. At his retirement, Mr. Yoost was the firm's Managing Partner in Orange County and the Region Leader of its Advisory Services practice. In 2001, he was elected as a Director for four years to the eighteen-partner Global Oversight Board of PWC International Limited, the coordinating entity for the global network of firms.

He has been involved in virtually all areas of international trade and investment, and has served in a number of industries including financial services, consumer products, technology, distribution, services, health services, and manufacturing. Mr. Yoost is a Trustee of the University of California Irvine's Foundation, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the University of California Irvine's Joslin Diabetes Leadership Council, a Board Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors in Southern California, and an Advisory Board Member of Cal State Fullerton's Center for Corporate Reporting & Governance. He also founded and serves as the Executive Director of the Audit Committee Roundtable of Orange County.
