Christopher Riley is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, advising clients on M&A matters, public disclosure and reporting, corporate governance and general corporate matters, as well as licensing and distribution agreements and regulatory compliance issues. His practice focuses on the high-tech and entertainment sectors, as well as Internet and new media businesses. He is also a Book Review Editor of California Law Review.
Before joining Bingham, Chris was a legal consultant for The Walt Disney Company since 2011 and senior vice president and general counsel at Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. Prior to that, he was vice president and general counsel of Match.com, and assistant general counsel and vice president at Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch, Inc. Before joining Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch, Chris was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles and Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.
Chris earned his BA from University of Michigan in 1990 and his JD from University of California Berkeley School of Law in 1995.
