David Robbins, Partner, Bingham McCutchen
David K. Robbins is co-chair of the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005 after having been a partner in the Los Angeles office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
Mr. Robbins has worked on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including tender offers, proxy contests, acquisitions and divestitures, public offerings, private and public equity investments, and the establishment of private investment funds. He counsels clients in the areas of M&A, corporate governance, public disclosure and reporting, private equity, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Robbins received his Baccalaureate at Vassar College ('78). He got his JD from the University of Miami School of Law cum laude ('82) and received his Master of Laws, Taxation from New York Unversity School of Law ('86).
